Key Account Manager

Channel Head-Modern Trade
Reportees
Purpose
Play a key role in delivering the overall Modern Trade objectives, managing key National chains, strategizing/executing shopper activities to drive sales in accordance with the companies' policies and strategies.

Role and Responsibility
Drive sales through the premium LFS/ departmental stores - Reliance for Travel bags, Accessories
Deliver monthly/ quarterly/ annual Business as per the Joint Business Planning for the Chains by location.
Negotiate and drive the TOT parameters with Chains to drive effective and sustainable growth.
Strengthen the brand equity and loyalty amongst consumers through initiatives like promotions & in-store activations.
Responsible for stock planning & forecasting to ensure low stock outs, faster delivery schedules and reduced lead time.
Market intelligence to keep tab of stock availability, competition mapping, recommending price and product placements.
Act as a link between the partners and internal stakeholders like marketing, commercial, legal and supply chain.
Lead reviews with key accounts and regional operations teams to understand challenges and mitigate the gaps/ optimize business opportunities.
Develop monthly/Quarterly activity calendar for the respective Chain.
