Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, and driving property sales to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- Meet and engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate deals and close property sales effectively.
- Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales in CRM or company database.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-4 years of sales experience (real estate industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site
