Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Manager in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Manager.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access.
  • Act as a liaison between the Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support for projects and meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Management).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Discretion, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
