Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and manage branch operations in Ahmedabad and Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the branch team to maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch performance through reports and KPIs, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with senior management for reporting and strategy alignment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions.
