Job Title: Branch Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and performance-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Ahmedabad. The role requires a proven track record in team handling, driving sales growth, and achieving business targets. Experience in the tourism industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand business with existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and reporting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and branch management.
  • Proven team handling experience is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
  • Experience in the tourism industry will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
