Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and sales of the branch, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and drive branch performance. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, developing business strategies to improve branch sales and profitability, and managing and mentoring branch employees.
Qualifications
- Experience in branch management, staff supervision, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and services
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies to enhance sales and profitability
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
