Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Ahmedabad. Candidate should have knowledge of customs clearance; air and sea freight forwarding. experienced to work on ERP Software. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving branch targets. The role includes maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and coordinating with other branches for seamless logistic solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics management and branch operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in managing resources, budgets, and achieving targets
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in logistics
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • PAN India experience and familiarity with key ports and cities is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • knowledge of Odc / Project / Dangerous Goods air and sea all classes.
