Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Surat. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring effective customer service, and implementing bank policies. Duties include achieving branch targets, business development, handling customer queries, and conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions. The Branch Manager will also be involved in maintaining compliance with banking regulations and creating a positive work environment.
