Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational aspects of the branch, including distribution operations, customer service, HR support, administration, and sales coordination.
  • Assess local market conditions to identify current and prospective business opportunities.
  • Develop business plans, strategies, and targets (KRA/KPIs) for various business segments and managers.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor branch personnel by providing training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Identify operational improvement areas and propose corrective actions for growth and efficiency.
  • Share best practices, competitive intelligence, and business insights with other branches and Head Office.
  • Resolve customer and employee satisfaction concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
  • Focus on achievement of targets, performance analysis, reporting, and enhancing market penetration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in branch/operations management, preferably in technology or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop business strategies and achieve targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹60,794.60 per month
