Branch Manager (DC) – Full Home Deep Cleaning

Role Definition

Responsible for managing 
5 branches
 of deep cleaning operations – ensuring manpower efficiency, customer satisfaction, quality standards, and SOP compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Manpower & Material Management
    : Monthly manpower planning, approvals for material planning, attendance & leave management.
  • Staff Supervision
    : Grooming/uniform checks, task delegation (daily/weekly/monthly), shift scheduling, replacements, team performance monitoring.
  • Customer Relations
    : Daily coordination, feedback collection, references, Google reviews, complaint resolution, and payment follow-ups.
  • Operational Excellence
    : SOP creation & implementation, safety & hygiene compliance, equipment/material provisioning.
  • Reporting & Control
    : Daily team/supervisor reporting, monthly reports (cost reduction, training), branch performance presentations.
  • Team Development
    : Motivation, training, building supervisor teams, arranging social activities.
  • Financials
    : Salary administration, cost optimization, accommodation/food arrangements for staff.
  • Special Assignments
    : Participation in major projects, cross-branch travel for reviews/training.

  • Daily planning & reporting.
  • Grooming & uniform checks.
  • Attendance & payroll management.
  • Training supervision & review.
  • Monthly cost reduction initiatives.

Measurement Metrics

  • Staff retention ratio.
  • Number of complaints addressed.
  • Timely reporting submissions.
  • Customer referrals acquired.
  • Volume of feedback collected.
  • Training & development progress.
