Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets (Revenue, ASP, Collections, DSO).
  • Expand market share by onboarding dealers, distributors, and dispensing agents in the assigned region.
  • Penetrate hospitals, ENT clinics, audiology centers, and government tenders
Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with ENT doctors, audiologists, hospitals, and NGOs.
  • Conduct product demos, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and training sessions.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
  • Submit actionable reports and collaborate with HQ to implement winning strategies.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment, collections, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.


Requirements Qualifications & Skills
Education:
  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering or Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 4–5 years in medical device/equipment/pharma sales (hearing aids/ENT diagnostics preferred).
  • Proven expertise in handling doctors, hospitals, and dealer networks in the respective region.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT), CRM tools, and market analytics.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
