Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented AVP/VP - Business Development to spearhead sales for our Sales Incentive Automation SaaS platform. The role demands a strong hunter mindset with proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cyclefrom lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Leadership & Growth:

  • Own and deliver on revenue targets by driving new business for the sales incentive automation platform.
  • Build, scale, and manage a high-value pipeline across industries and enterprise accounts.
  • Identify new market opportunities, develop entry strategies, and execute sales campaigns.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers (CIOs, Sales Heads, CHROs, Digital Transformation Officers).
  • Drive outreach through research, networking, cold calls, events, and industry partnerships.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to track, nurture, and convert leads into customers.

End-to-End Sales Cycle:

  • Deliver high-impact sales pitches and product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Understand client pain points and position our SaaS platform as the go-to solution.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close enterprise deals.

Client Engagement & Retention :

  • Build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring clients achieve ROI from the platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding and long-term client success.

Qualifications

  • 3–18 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or incentive automation.
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales quotas and driving large enterprise deals.
  • Strong network of senior stakeholders (CIOs, CHROs, Sales Heads) across industries.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to independently drive business development with a hunter mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation software, and MS Office Suite.
