About the Role
We're transforming how energy businesses use artificial intelligence, and our go-to-market team leads the charge. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll forge relationships, educate prospects, and generate qualified opportunities that bring our vision to life. This role is ideal for ambitious candidates eager to deliver against specific sales pipeline goals. Experience in SaaS or early-stage startups is a plus.
In this role you will:
· Generate new opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads across multiple channels.
· Schedule and make discovery calls and follow-ups to advance opportunities.
· Collaborate with Account Executive to refine outreach and messaging.
· Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar) to manage prospecting pipelines.
· Report on outreach activities, meetings booked, and pipeline created to drive revenue.
· Work US mainland daytime hours Monday - Friday
· Receive Incentive pay for qualified meetings booked
You may be a good fit if you have:
· Near-native English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· 1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing call experience (ideally SaaS or AI).
· Must have stable internet and power during your work hours.
· Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Apollo.
· Ability to engage managers and technical stakeholders confidently.
· Proven relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to B2B selling.
· Organizational skills and ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals.
· A proactive, self-motivated attitude and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹ ₹250.00 per hour
