Job Title: Operations Executive – Manufacturing

Department: Operations / Production / Supply Chain

Location: NOIDA, NSEZ

Reports To: Operations Manager

Working Time: 8.30 am till 5.30 pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Sat off)

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive in a manufacturing setup is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production operations, coordination between departments, managing material flow, and maintaining process efficiency. The role involves monitoring day-to-day plant activities, tracking production schedules, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily order processing in ERP
- Responsible for daily order entry, updating order status, checking material availability, generating production and delivery schedules, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring all data is accurately recorded in the ERP system (MICROSOFT AX) to maintain real-time operational visibility


• Coordinate and supervise daily plant operations to ensure production schedules are met.


• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and coordinate with procurement and stores for timely replenishment.


• Maintain operational records, production reports, and documentation as per company standards.


• Support cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) for smooth process flow.


• Coordinate dispatch and logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.


• Report daily operational performance to management and suggest optimization measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply chain / International Business or related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production coordination, or plant administration.


• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory control.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft Ax).


• Excellent coordination and communication skills.


• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Understanding of workplace safety and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in a fast-paced or process-driven manufacturing environment.


• Working knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations.
