Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive in Retail Chain Sales and Operations, based in Noida. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing retail sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing store operations, monitoring performance metrics, training and developing retail teams, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the retail experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Retail Sales and a demonstrated ability to drive performance in store operations
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address customer requirements effectively
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Relationship Building to secure and grow client alliances
  • Leadership and team management experience in a retail setting
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with FMCG or incense product categories is advantageous
