Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training for clients. The role will also involve managing relationships with existing customers, creating sales strategies, and working collaboratively with the sales management team.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems and related technology is beneficial
