Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new sales leads, achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, presenting suitable product/service solutions, conducting product training for clients, and managing the sales pipeline. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with the sales management team to develop sales strategies and refine processes to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in conducting Product Training and managing client relationships
  • Sales Management skills including developing sales strategies and refining processes
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment in Noida
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
