Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Area Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, managing sales strategies, and training staff. The candidate will contribute to expanding Mumtree's reach and ensuring smooth and efficient communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide support
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management within a retail or toy-related industry
- Experience in providing Training to enhance team skills and improve customer interaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and achieve set sales targets
- Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Understanding of child development principles and knowledge of educational toys is a plus
