Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Noida, with opportunities for working at multiple locations. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting client meetings, providing excellent customer service, offering tailored real estate solutions, and staying informed about market trends and opportunities. Facilitating training to clients about the company's portfolio and new projects may also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively and build relationships with clients.
- Expertise in sales and sales management, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in training and coaching to guide and assist clients and team members.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
