About the Role:-
We are looking for a driven and persuasive Inside Sales Specialist who can convert leads, manage customer relationships, and close sales with confidence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven track record in revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound & outbound calls to convert qualified leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch the right product/solution.
- Maintain follow-up communication to ensure lead nurturing and closure.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Update CRM regularly with accurate lead status & communication notes.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing & product teams for better lead quality and pitch refinement.
Required skills & experience:-
- Minimum
1 year of Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C sales
experience. - Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Comfortable working with targets & fast-paced environments.
- CRM usage knowledge is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
