Inside Sales Executive B2B

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in B2B sales, with a passion for building lasting partnerships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand reach.
  • Conduct regular calls with dealers, distributors, and retailers to generate orders.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to successfully convert them into business.
  • Manage and nurture strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Monitor account performance and share timely updates with management.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins and follow-ups to ensure sustained partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in publishing, education, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive approach.
