ONE Simulation is a start-up dedicated to creating a healthcare ecosystem where our simulators enhance the competence, compassion, and dedication of healthcare professionals. As a pioneer in developing and designing healthcare simulators, we specialize in creating immersive learning experiences that bridge the gap between theory and practice. We have developed prototypes for various simulators including CT/MRI, Mother & Baby Manikins, Fetal Therapy, and CT/MRI procedural simulators. Our vision is to integrate these simulators with AI technology to improve decision-making and replicate real-life scenarios.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Noida. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and conducting sales training. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to promote our products and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
