Job Title: Senior Executive- Retail Operations

Overview: Senior Executive- Retail Operations is responsible for retail operations coordinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing Visit Coordination as and when required on site.
• Fit-Out Updates, Any relevant information regarding fit-out processes and timelines & support to retailers during entire process.
• Pathfinder Coordination, ensuring all retailers are registered under POS and any related coordination, along with collecting daily sales and send in timely basis.
• Work closely with facilities management to ensure tenants' operational needs are met, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
• Prepare and maintain observation trackers, and coordinate with the estate team to ensure timely closure of all points.
• Prepare tenant & visitors feedback reports, satisfaction surveys, and performance evaluations.
• Track key tenant-related metrics, including occupancy rates, retention levels, and revenue contributions
• Conduct daily meetings with retailers to address their concerns, record complaints in the register, and ensure timely closure with proper reporting, Act as a liaison between tenants and internal departments (e.g., leasing, operations, marketing, facilities management) to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
