Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations professional with strong expertise in managing and executing BTL activations, retail campaigns, events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have

a proven track record in end-to-end project execution, vendor management, on-ground team coordination, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

· Campaign Execution: Plan, manage and execute BTL activations, retail promotions, events, and exhibitions from concept to completion.

  • Operational Planning: Prepare detailed execution plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each project.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage vendors/partners; negotiate rates; ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Budget Management: Work within project budgets; track costs and ensure cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
  • On-ground Supervision: Oversee event set-up, brand visibility, and adherence to client guidelines; handle any on-site issues promptly.
  • Team Coordination: Manage field teams, promoters, and support staff; ensure proper training and briefing for each activation.
  • Compliance & Approvals: Ensure all permissions, licenses, and legal compliances are obtained for events/activations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high execution standards and ensure brand guidelines are met at all touchpoints.
  • Client Servicing Support: Liaise with the client servicing team for smooth project handovers and updates; attend client meetings for operational inputs.
  • Reporting: Prepare post-event reports, MIS, and feedback analysis for performance improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of BTL activation processes, event production, and retail execution.
  • Excellent vendor network in activation, fabrication, and event management.
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and cost control skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Marketing/Events/Advertising preferred).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in operations within a BTL/Events/Exhibitions/Retail agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
