Job Description:

Excellent problem-solving, process development and strategic implementation skills to lead and support all areas of operations


• Reviewing QCDPMS on daily basis and work for optimizing with deep gap analysis thru section heads.
•

OE through 5 steps like Build Belief, Road Map ( Set KPI ), Employee capability and Culture, Process & Practice, and Sustain


• OEE & Productivity improvement thru ECRS, time & Motion Study, LCA, and other innovations


• HR operations, Provided direction and leadership to all levels of employees and managers


• Train the trainers & educating front line leadership / team members on best practices to optimize productivity


• Build relationships with customers and suppliers through regular follow-ups on quality, deliveries and continual improvement drives


• Formulating budgets for production including overhead budget, maintenance budget and capital budget to enhance operations in coordination with the macro plans of organization


• Cost reduction by eliminating materials waste and unnecessary labor hours, JIT, WIP ( TIMWOOD )


• Maintaining quality of product with robust inspections, RED bin Analysis and assessment team


• Direction to PPC and routine operations and emergency response, including plant shutdowns and restarts


• Negotiated agreements between employees to maintain harmony in plant.


• Managed cross-functional collaboration to drive team management for achieving organizational goal

Delivering on the role of Head of Sourcing, Vendor & Product Development


• Essaying a stellar role in managing the following: o Large sized teams Work Experience o All Direct, In-Direct, Capex spend and supplies o OEM sourcing, component sourcing for in-house production, Imports o Global reporting o International sourcing from India o Back-end supply chain which included arranging material for production at right time o Inventory Management


• Spearheading corporate & manufacturing functions of all the Wonderchef plants; executing entire Quality Management & Vendor functions (PAN India)


• Addressing Online Reviews, Providing Solution to Service team and frequent interaction with Sales & Service Engineers


• Applying knowledge on the latest trends Such as IOT ( Internet of Things) , Smart Appliances & Smart Products


• Facilitating development of Smart Products such as Chimneys, Induction, Water Heater and various other appliances; ensuring development of Products as per the service feedback and market requirement



Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must Be B.tech Mechanical / ELectrical / Electronics With MBA Operation 15-20 Year EXperience in Manufactruing and Operation of plant

Experience in managing Plant operation, Project, Product development, Process Engineering and Quality Assurance mid size engineering industries.
Experience in setting up project from green field stage and managing it.Experience in managing home air conditioning manufacturing plant
having backward integration facility of heat exchanger coil manufacturing, moulding, copper tubing parts etc.
Experience in setting up Fabrication shop having sheet metal stamping presses, Turret punch press, prese brake and powder coating
facility.Experience in developing moulds of Outdoor unit of home air conditioner, Window air conditioner,Seat Frame Assly, Exhaust Assly, Fuel
tanks assly and Sheet Metal parts.
