Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Head of Manufacturing. The Head of Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing production planning, ensuring operational excellence, managing daily operations, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing manufacturing strategies, coordinating with other departments to optimize efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Production Planning and Manufacturing
  • Experience in Operational Excellence and Operations Management
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
