Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Manager – Operations
to lead end-to-end manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations across CTA's multiple units. This leadership role requires a professional with deep expertise in apparel manufacturing, operational excellence, and factory management.

The Manager – Operations will be responsible for
driving productivity, efficiency, quality, and compliance while ensuring timely delivery to global buyers.
The role will involve managing a large workforce, implementing best-in-class systems, and aligning CTA's operational strategy with growth and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations across manufacturing units – production, quality, compliance, supply chain, and factory administration.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and productivity benchmarks.
• Build robust production capacity planning models to meet buyer requirements and seasonal peaks.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, T&A planning, and process excellence to improve line efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Ensure compliance with international buyer standards, sustainability protocols, and ethical workplace practices.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between merchandising, sourcing, technical, and production teams.
• Implement and strengthen ERP and MIS systems for real-time monitoring of KPIs and operational decision-making.
• Mentor and guide factory teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a key interface with international buyers on operational performance, audits, and capacity discussions.
• Identify and implement automation, digitization, and energy-efficient initiatives to support CTA's sustainability commitments.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in
  Textile Technology, Apparel Production, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
• 12–18 years of experience
  in garment exports/apparel manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven track record in
  operations management
  (large-scale workforce) in export-oriented garment factories.
• Strong understanding of
  cut-to-pack garment manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in
  Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, T&A planning, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in
  ERP/production planning software and Excel-based MIS.
• Excellent
  leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver
  operational excellence and buyer satisfaction.
