Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Consultant High-Tech Industry

Summary:

Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record of optimizing manufacturing processes in the high-tech sector? As a Senior Manufacturing Consultant, you will lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with business goals and advance our technological capabilities.
  • Process Optimization: Lead efforts to enhance manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness through advanced technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to smoothly integrate new products into manufacturing.
  • Innovation & Technology: Drive the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, IoT, and AI, to foster innovation and productivity.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate manufacturing performance and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on the high-tech industry.
  • Proven success in leading manufacturing operations and driving process improvements.
  • Expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP) are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
