Key Responsibilities:

- Innovation & Technology: Drive the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, IoT, and AI, to foster innovation and productivity.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining high quality standards.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate manufacturing performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on the high-tech industry.
- Proven success in leading manufacturing operations and driving process improvements.
- Expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
