Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include market research, networking, proposal development, and collaborating with the events team to deliver exceptional services. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen understanding of the events industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Market Research, Networking, and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the events team and ensure client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the events management industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
