Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Relationship Manager (RM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging HNI customers for our Imperia program, with the aim of enhancing their customer experience and increasing the profitability of our relationships. Specifically, you will be expected to:

  • Acquire new Imperia relationships, as well as new customers who meet our product criteria
  • Liaise with PB/Preferred RM to flag eligible customers from the Classic/Preferred portfolio
  • Regularly interact with customers to build rapport and update their profile
  • Enhance the overall value/book size of the portfolio
  • Maintain overall quality/hygiene parameters of the portfolio
  • Cross-sell bank products based on customer need
Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A proven track record in relationship management
  • The ability to maintain a superior level of service for high net worth customers
  • The skills necessary to cross-sell bank products and increase profitability
  • A bachelor"s degree or higher in finance, business administration, or a related field
