Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Sales Officers to promote our
agriculture
products and services to farmers, dealers, and distributors in designated districts. We are looking for experienced Sales Officers to join our team in Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation:
- Achieve sales targets for assigned products and territories.
- Identify and convert sales leads into business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
- Provide product demos, training, and support.
- Market Development:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of BAPL's products and services.
- Provide technical guidance to farmers and dealers.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Submit sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the agricultural industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Local market knowledge and industry connections.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
- Proven sales track record in the agricultural industry.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in agricultural sales or marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of local languages .
- Valid driving license.
