Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Executive to manage HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Catering) sales in the Bhopal region. The role involves driving business growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring seamless sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Institutional (HoReCa) sales and achieve business targets.
  • Plan and execute territory growth strategies in line with company goals.
  • Manage coverage, distribution, and supply chain for the assigned area.
  • Ensure timely collections and compliance from distributors.
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives and promotions to boost market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key HoReCa clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA with 56 years of HoReCa sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of institutional sales and distributor management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and ready to take ownership of the territory.
