Dear Aspirants,

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our Aftermarket business in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor and retailer networks, and driving market expansion in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and distribution of Endurance aftermarket products in Bhopal and nearby regions.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners.
  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets as per business objectives.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor dealer performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Organize mechanic meets, product training sessions, and retailer engagement activities.
  • Monitor distributor inventory, collections, and timely order execution.
  • Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback with the regional team.
  • Build strong relationships with mechanics, retailers, and key influencers in the territory.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10 years of experience in aftermarket sales (preferably in 2W spare parts or auto components).
  • Strong understanding of the Bhopal and MP territory, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to grow business through dealer development and secondary sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Language skills: Hindi (mandatory), English; local dialects a plus.
