We're looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Sales & Customer Success Manager who can generate new business, connect with clients, present our tech solutions, close deals, and ensure smooth delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients for AI and software development projects.
  • Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase solutions.
  • Prepare and send proposals, negotiate financials, and close deals successfully.
  • Coordinate with internal tech and project teams for seamless project execution.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients during and after project delivery.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track leads, maintain CRM data, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
  • 2–6 years of experience in software/IT sales, client servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of software development, AI, or digital transformation projects.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
