1. Business & Territory Development

  • To lead the entire Sales operation of Gujarat/MP Region.
  • Achieving Product/Segment wise Sales targets and developing new key accounts in the defined territory.
  • Preparing monthly sales projection in view of Annual sales targets.

2. Team Management

  • Efficient in achieving targets through a team of 5-6 sales engineers.
  • Responsible for mentoring and retaining talent in the team.

3. Business Promotion & Branding

  • Planning & Execution of necessary Business Promotion/Branding activities.
  • Handling various Exhibitions & subsequent Customer Contact programs.

4. Technical Knowledge Upgradation

  • Understanding application knowledge & upgrading the same on a continuous basis.
  • Provide techno-commercial support to all the customers.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Premium Relationship management with Platinum Customers.
  • Developing Customer Retention program for existing Customers.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Relevant Selling experience preferably in Process- Chemical & Pharma Industry is a must.
  • Candidate should possess good engineering knowledge & sound technical understanding.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are mandatory.
