We are expanding our footprint in Madhya Pradesh and are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to strengthen our regional presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand the existing dealer network.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback on time.
  • Promote Magic Paints' products effectively in the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the paint industry (mandatory).
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge: Sound understanding of paint products, market trends, and dealer networks.
  • License: Candidate must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license.
  • Availability: Should be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
