Job Title: Circle Manager / Territory Manager - Bancassurance Life InsuranceOverview The Circle Manager / Territory Manager in Bancassurance Life Insurance plays a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering relationships between the bank and the insurance sector. This position requires a dynamic individual with a solid understanding of insurance products, banking operations, and local market trends. The primary responsibility is to enhance the bancassurance business by effectively collaborating with bank officials to create a seamless experience for customers looking to invest in insurance products. This role includes managing a team, setting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Circle Manager is essential for identifying new business opportunities, developing training programs for bank employees, and continuously monitoring sales activities to maximize performance. Success in this role directly contributes to the overall growth and profitability of the organization while ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in the bancassurance model.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank executives and staff to create effective sales channels.
  • Provide training and support to bank employees on insurance products and sales techniques.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or related roles.
  • Experience in bancassurance or life insurance sales preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of banking and insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
