Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive at Crox Consulting Inc, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and client base. This role is perfect for a fresher seeking a full-time position in Noida. The position requires confident English communication and basic sales skills; the rest of the skill set will be trained. You will engage in lead generation and negotiation to secure new business opportunities, including reaching out to new clients and prime vendors for US staffing. You will also learn and utilize industry-standard tools and strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients to effectively communicate service offerings.
  • Analyze quantitative data to provide insights and contribute to strategic decisions for business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt business strategies to maintain a competitive edge within the industry.
