About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales for our IT solutions, including software products, ERP solutions, and web development services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and be comfortable handling client meetings both in-person and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients for software, ERP, and web development services.
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings (field visits as needed).
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads to close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, IT, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IT sales / software sales / ERP sales / web development sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings within the region.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Work Mode: Field + Office-based (Noida)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
