Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience- 0-2 Year

Work Location - Noida

Timing- 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Working Days - 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

Qualification- BBA / MBA

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to build their career in IT sales, client engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.

Understand client requirements and present suitable IT services/solutions offered by the company.

Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.

Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive long-term partnerships.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.

Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of IT services, digital solutions, or software industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work under guidance.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career.

Education Qualification:

MBA/BBA (Marketing, Sales, or related field)

Any Graduate with a strong interest in Sales & Marketing may also apply.
