Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong communication skills and a drive to succeed in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Promote and explain real estate projects (plots & lands) to clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.
- Maintain proper records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
Requirements :
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 to 3 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate preferred).
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build rapport and handle client queries effectively.
- Must be based in or willing to work at Noida, Sector 63.
