We're looking for a
seasoned SDR (3–5 years experience)
who thrives on hunting, sourcing, and converting leads into committed demos. This isn't about fluff activities — it's about
pipeline, conversations, and revenue.
What you'll be doing (your playbook):
- Lead Generation:
Own the top-of-funnel — build high-quality lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other channels. - Prospecting:
Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) that cut through the noise. - Qualification:
Engage with prospects, understand their pain points, and qualify opportunities for our AI voice solutions. - Pipeline Building:
Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of prospects across BFSI, BPO, D2C, and healthcare. - Demo Setting:
Secure meetings with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. - Collaboration:
Work directly with founders on refining messaging, GTM strategy, and sales process.
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years
of SDR/Inside Sales experience (preferably SaaS/AI/Tech). - Proven track record of
booking meetings that actually convert into revenue. - Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Strong communication skills — confident on the phone, sharp over email, persistent on LinkedIn.
- Someone who's hungry, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Must be based in Chennai
