Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Chennai. The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively engaging potential clients, establishing and nurturing relationships, and driving sales for DotZen's training programs. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The representative will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the EdTech industry and digital training programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
