We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell steel shots and grits to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of industrial abrasives, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the steel shot and grit market.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in the CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
