Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients to support the company's growth objectives and strengthen the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects to understand their needs and stage in the buying process.
- Conduct proactive outreach and
 cold calling
to generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule and coordinate 50+ client meetings per week
to support the business development team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and key details in the CRM system.
- Identify qualified opportunities that meet defined criteria and assign them to the relevant team members.
- Attend incoming
  sales calls
and emails, ensuring timely and professional handling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- English fluency is mandatory; multilingual candidates are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Cold calling experience is mandatory.
Compensation:
Base pay and performance-based bonuses will be provided.
