What You'll Do
- Prospect & Research:
Identify and connect with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers in assigned US territories using tools like , , and LinkedIn.
- Outreach & Engagement:
Execute high-volume, personalized outreach — 50–60 calls and 30–40 tailored emails per day — to generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for the Account Executive team.
- Qualify Leads:
Understand prospect needs, budget, and timelines (BANT framework) to ensure strong pipeline quality.
- Collaborate Closely:
Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and share prospect insights that enhance deal success.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy:
Log all activities, track pipeline progress, and update status regularly in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Contribute to Team Success:
Participate in team huddles, share learnings, and continuously refine messaging for better conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
1–2 years in B2B SaaS sales or lead generation (restaurant tech or hospitality background is a plus).
- Strong Communicator:
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills to engage US-based prospects confidently.
- Goal-Oriented:
Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs — appointments booked, calls made, and opportunities created.
- Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using sales tools such as , , RingCentral, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Curious & Driven:
Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Cultural Fit:
Energetic, coachable, and passionate about helping restaurants grow through technology.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience selling or generating leads for SaaS, POS, or restaurant management systems.
- Familiarity with the US SMB restaurant market.
- Interest in progressing into an Account Executive or Sales Team Lead role.
