Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Guwahati. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes handling customer inquiries, processing claims, maintaining client records, and working closely with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in customer service and client management
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
