Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Manager Agency & Retail Brokers to drive business growth through effective management of agency partners, retail brokers, and channel relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding the distribution network, and ensuring consistent business performance within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, sales acumen, and an understanding of the insurance or financial product distribution ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage agency and retail broker channels to achieve sales and business development targets.
- Drive recruitment, training, and activation of new agents and broker partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing brokers, agency leaders, and channel partners to ensure consistent business flow.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives as defined by the organization.
- Monitor and improve partner productivity through regular performance reviews and support initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Implement territory-level business plans aligned with company goals and compliance standards.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in the assigned territory.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines in all sales and partner interactions.
