Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Guwahati. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and lead the sales team to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring and training new sales staff to enhance their capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, sales management, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Guwahati
